General rules for using elevators

General rules for using elevators
  • During use, the elevator cabin should not be intentionally emptied or overloaded (there should not be more people in the elevator than intended for the specific model).
  • Before entering the elevator, you must make sure that in front of you is not really an open shaft, but a cabin.
  • The floor of the elevator car must be at the same level as the floor of the landing floor. If there is a slight gap between them (more than 2-3 centimeters), you must first inform the dispatcher about the malfunction and use the stairs.
  • You can press the button of the desired floor only after making sure that all passengers have boarded.
  • Be careful when using the elevator with pets - make sure that your pet is completely inside the cabin and that its tail does not come out of the elevator doors.
  • The Stop (SOS) button should not be misused, it should only be used in emergency situations.
  • Be careful if the elevator doors are standing open. If there is no lighting in the elevator car, it is recommended not to take the elevator.
  • Do not use the elevator mechanism if you notice wires coming out of the call panel or any other damage to the integrity of one of the elevator parts. If you notice any problems, it is imperative that you inform the dispatcher.
